a cold winter night is the PERFECT time to do a full luxury at home spa night. it’s often very inexpensive but a little investment in something like a red light mask can make a real difference in a routine! anyway, here’s a breakdown of my simple (but really luxurious) spa night:

• start with a workout!!! I know it’s the LAST thing you wanna do after work but I promise, if you can fit it in, it will enhance the entire experience once you get home and wind down! you’ll feel amaaaazing 🫶🏻

• everything shower!! 🚿 a full head to toe experience (and no rush!) signals to your brain that you’re ready for a relaxing night ahead.

• red light mask / microcurrent (@ziipbeauty gave me a code for you all!!!) device is a great thing to do during an epsom salt foot bath! then it’s mani pedi time.

I always feel so so refreshed and relaxed after my “spa nights” at home!! Lmk if you end up trying anything in my routine and how you like it!!

ALSO my work / teacher outfit secret is always try to find comfy jeans, chinos or corduroys that look good for the office. I wear “jeans” a lot more often than 25 year old me ever thought would be appropriate 😂
