Here’s what I use to record my video podcast! I stream on Riverside with my Sony Camera (with the 11mm wide angle lens) and use a high speed cable for the 4K. I also have a camera tripod and a ring light tripod. This microphone plugs right into my laptop!

‼️ Important note: I don’t do these back to back IRL (this was just for filming purposes) I prefer to space them out so I am not overlapping treatments that could cause irritation.

Recommended frequencies:
Red light therapy: 3-5x a week for 10 minutes
Under eye masks: 2-3x a week for 10 minutes
Dermaplaning: Every 3-4 weeks
Exfoliating 1-2x a week
Hydrating serum: 1x a day
