These training shoes are so stable! For all my strength and core training days I was looking for a flat bottomed shoe that would help my stability. I’ve sprained ankles using running shoes for training - not a great idea!
These Nikes are designed for training days and I love them for HIIT, dumbbell and Pilates workouts. True to size - I always get a 1/2 size up in workout shoes to accommodate socks that are thick enough. Check these out if you’re looking for a great new pair of workout shoes

I searched and searched for a training shoe that was super sturdy, very comfortable, and good for workouts like strength training, HIIT and more. I learned long ago that running shoes are typically terrible for strength training but a lot of workout shoes are designed for running. I am prioritizing balance and stability with my at home training and my shoes make a huge difference I found these and love them! They come in lots of colors but I liked this white/silver neutral. Not usually so impressed with an inexpensive tee! These are the beyond ease crewneck and they are SO GOOD. I got a royal blue color in the spring and have worn it a ton! I like them so much I grabbed black and this is the navy. Im wearing a size small, I have one in XS too. There’s currently a $10 off $40 sale too so a great time to stock up!
