The secret to perfect chicken? Apparently, a digital meat thermometer. In my 20 years of independently baking chicken, it wasn’t until I was given one recently for my sour dough baking that I’ve used it to test the temperature of my meat! Game changer! Also, my perfect chicken recipe: • preheat oven to 435° • line baking sheet or glad pan with foil • coat chicken with olive oil on both sides then season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and paprika • bake for 20ish minutes then check for an internal temperature of 165°+ (if not hot enough, continue adding time in increments of 3-5 minutes until achieved) LTKHome LTKfoodie LTKvlog
