Since I was diagnosed with hormone positive breast cancer, I have ditched all my skincare for clean products. Clean products are important because endocrine disruptors are chemicals that interfere with the body’s hormone system, potentially causing adverse health effects. These include parabens, phthalates, bpa, dioxins, to name a few.

Endocrine disruptors can :
•Mimic natural hormones, Block the action of natural hormones, and Alter the production or breakdown of hormones.
• Cause reproductive issues (e.g., infertility, birth defects),
• Cause Metabolic disorders (e.g., obesity, diabetes)
• Cause Cancer (e.g., breast cancer, prostate cancer),
• Cause Neurodevelopmental problems (e.g., autism, ADHD) and Immune system dysfunction.

Clean products are safer for you skin, kinder to the planet, and they minimize skin irritation. Your skin absorbs everything so if you want to rehydrate, rejuvenate, and refresh your skin, choose clean beauty.
