This recipe was a family favorite and so easy to prepare! Ingredients: 1lb ground beef 8oz noodles 1 10oz can red enchilada sauce 4oz cream cheese 1 cup shredded cheese Salt and pepper to taste To cook: Cook noodles according to directions on box/drain Cook ground beef in large skillet/drain any excess fat Add the sauce and cream cheese to meat, stir until combined Combine the cooked noodles into the skillet and stir until well coated with the sauce Preheat the oven to 350F (175c), transfer pasta to a baking dish, coat the top with the shredded cheese Bake 15-20 minutes
