These $250 FRAME DENIM suckers were only $30 < YES THIRTY DOLLARS >. Now, that type of luck one can only get by shopping live; but I’m letting you in on my premium denim secret...that’s really not so secret...
Forever I was waiting to “lose weight” 🙄 to get back into premium denim as I yo-yo so much and they’re so ‘spensive...
So I would go to the mall and buy lame “ok enough for now” denim for between $60-$90, when I could have been getting them premiums for the same or sometimes less price points - such a DUH 🤦🏻‍♀️

D A Y 5 • Running Errands

Love this dress from one of my fave places to shop for dresses! A work appropriate or “dressy” dress doesn’t need to sit in your closet for just those occasions. When I take my clients shopping, I always share that you need to think outside the box to make your wardrobe super functional. Many times, because a dress is categorized a certain way, clients think they have no other purpose. Most dresses can be easily worn on the daily if you just add flats or sneakers and throw a casual “topper” on - like a denim or utility jacket!

My fave place to shop for dresses is having a huge sale: up to 40% off regular price and an additional 50% off sale items! I’ve linked all my faves. Head over to my stories to see a few!

If you want to play along my mission to fancy 🤣, here’s some rules I created to make your looks comfy and wearable!

1. Wear chic flats or slides
2. A fast go-to hairstyle like the sleek, middle parted, low pony
3. A bit of bronzer, blush and lipstick (I rarely wear makeup)
4. No denim (yikes!)
5. Sneakers allowed, only if the rest of your outfit is all kinds of fancy!

D A Y 1 • The Cocktail Dress for Daytime

I’m doing a 30 day challenge inspired by the 60s when everyone got dressed to the nines, to go just about anywhere. Whether it was the grocery store or get on an airplane, there was never sweats or jeans and a tee involved in every day dressing. I did this last week and I felt so good about myself just hanging around the house being totally put together but keeping it simple and effortless. I didn’t do my makeup or my hair and I didn’t wear heels. So this is my modern day version of the dress code from the days of yore.

To modernize what “dressy” means, I created a few loose rules.

1. Wear chic flats or slides
2. A fast go-to hairstyle like the sleek, middle parted, low pony
3. A bit of bronzer, blush and lipstick (I rarely wear makeup)
