My morning routine on the @drjoedispenza retreat. Wake up, get dressed, I was ambitious and thought u would head to the gym after the first meditation. (Oops I didn’t make it) did my skincare, packed my bag, took my @seed vitamin and met my mom & sister 🫶🏼

Don’t let anyone save you for later. READ THAT AGAIN. Sharing my beauty routine things I’ve definitely done before within dating. Making excuses for a guy that says he’s unavailable but leaving the door open for him in my mind for if/when he comes back. I do believe that timing is everything but never leave the door open for someone who isn’t showing up for you or is “trying to save you for later when they’re mentally more available.”

Vol. 3: CLOSET CONFESSIONS: for the month of April I have made this commitment to just sit back, relax and enjoy what comes my way! It’s been so refreshing and I also learned that I was going on dates just to go on a date instead of being mindful of my time and energy. I feel way more in my feminine and will probably keep this up for the foreseeable future 🫶🏼

Getting off of birth control was rough. My body was not prepared to balance my hormones properly after being on it for 14 years! That being said I am so happy to be hormone free (although I am super pro birth control) I appreciate the flexibility and freedom birth control offers and I’ll definitely look into my options when I get into a relationship but for now the detox was worth it. & if you are going off it, you are not alone. The hormone roller coaster is real but it will regulate!
