Getting off of birth control was rough. My body was not prepared to balance my hormones properly after being on it for 14 years! That being said I am so happy to be hormone free (although I am super pro birth control) I appreciate the flexibility and freedom birth control offers and I’ll definitely look into my options when I get into a relationship but for now the detox was worth it. & if you are going off it, you are not alone.
