I’ve wanted to give Emerson bookshelves in her room for years and we finally made it happen. So cute to see how much she loves organizing (and reorganizing) her books. 🎅🏼 What is your favorite holiday book? I think that mine is The Christmas Tree Who Loved Trains for sentimental reasons but The Jolly Christmas Postman is a close second.

Our bedroom was one of the first rooms to be completed in our home when we moved in 2020. I have to admit that while I love this space, I am thinking of freshening things up a bit. Cruising in between bouts of rain today. The weather has been wacky the entire day but this girl was happy to have a bit of time outside. Started my own fitness journey a month ago and one of the best things to come of it is beach walks with this kid. We gave him a pedometer awhile back because he was obsessed with my dad’s and, man, did his competitive spirit take over. He walks around all day asking us all how many steps we have. 😂 We may be doing it for different reasons, but I’m so happy to have him by my side for that hour. (I’ve linked the kids’ pedometer along with the other details in the picture.)
