🌞My parents taught me that when you start to feel a little under the weather, it’s often your body’s way of telling you to slow down and take a break from your usual pacing (which for me—most of the time—is hyperspeed). In addition to some much-needed rest and a pause from work (deadlines can be tackled later this week) today, here are 5 things I did to stay well: (1) I took extra doses of a few key supplements that help bolster immunity before bed last night, including probiotics, Vitamin C, NAC, Vitamin D, Zinc, magnesium, taurine and my @tryarmra collostrum. (2) I made myself go to bed early…sleep is such a game changer and I rarely get enough on a regular basis. (3) This morning, I had a high protein breakfast and also made sure to consume collagen and inulin in my coffee as well as mullein tea, which helps keep lungs clear and mucous at bay. (4) I used @nasodine_nasal spray to kill any germs in my nasal passages and keep the nose and throat as healthy as possible. (5) Took the day slowly, got some natural Vitamin D via the sun (@ranavat SPF 50 on the face and decollete) and put half a lemon on my hair (for natural highlights!) and the other half in some water to sip Vitamin C all day. Please note that this is not medical advice…everyone is different and I’m just sharing what has worked for me Lip is Sweed Cindy liner + L’Oréal blue ph gloss and Chantecaille future skin in sand as foundation + soshe beauty blush in Rosy rest What do you do to keep from getting sick? xx beautyprofessor LTKSeasonal LTKSwim LTKFindsUnder50
