SAVE for future reference // Here is why I’ll continue to pursue these 5 habits in 2026: (1) Living a busy life, I often find myself rushing through meals, but when I slow down—especially via chewing adequately (I aim for 30 chews per bite), I find myself digesting much better. Also, I try eat to the point right before feeling full…so much more comfortable! (2) This past year, I’ve embraced specific face yoga moves and posture exercises to relieve tension (especially in my neck and shoulders) and lift and sculpt the lower half of my face. I try to do them when I drive and when I type and it’s been transformational. Let me know if you’d like a tutorial on what I do. (3) Sleeping on my back is challenging, but with the right pillow and enough willpower, it can happen. The benefits include better breathing and a massive reduction in wrinkle-causing compression on the face and décollete. (4) Meaningfully brushing my hair 100 strokes contributes to overall scalp and strand health by increasing circulation and distributing natural oils. I use my @academiehair Sea Glass to make this process an effortless and luxurious rtual. (5) Taking in early morning sunlight (before 10AM) helps to regulate circadian rhythm which proves sleep quality while boosting daytime energy and focus. It also boosts vitamin D synthesis which is vital for overall health. What habits will you taking in to the new year?
