You know those days where nothing goes as planned...when the internet doesn’t work, and Instagram hates your guts😜😜 Yep, that was today for me. Computer issues too. And to top it all off, when I picked up my grocery order, they didn’t have my favorite coffee in stock 😞 When I feel my anxiety rising and my joy slipping away...I have to step away. I gave myself permission to do nothing. I drank coffee and read about dahlias. I made dinner for my fam and took a walk.
