I don’t know why I was so intimidated to make a 7 layer salad… because she is EASY and so pretty 💚✨ This might be my new favorite dish for summer hosting. All the classic layers — crisp iceberg, spinach, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, cheddar, peas — topped with the creamiest slightly sweet dressing and fresh dill. It looks gorgeous in a clear bowl and tastes even better. Recipe: • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped • 2 cups baby spinach • salt + pepper • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped • 1 lb bacon, cooked + crumbled • 3 tomatoes, diced • 4 green onions, sliced • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese • 1 (10 oz) bag frozen peas, slightly thawed Dressing: • 1 cup mayo • 1 cup sour cream • 1–2 tbsp sugar • fresh dill Layer everything in a clear glass bowl, spread the dressing all the way to the edges to seal it, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Toss before serving so every bite gets all the layers. Saving this one for every summer get-together ☀️🥗 LTKOver40 LTKfoodie LTKSeasonal
