✨ Easy Dessert Hack! ✨ Every Christmas I make my French Toast Casserole Bake, but this year I swapped in cinnamon rolls instead and WOW… it turned out even better. Obsessed is an understatement 😍 The best part is you can prep it the night before and bake it fresh in the morning, or make it the morning of. Either way it is the coziest brunch or dessert treat 🥞🎄 Cinnamon Roll Casserole Ingredients     •    Two 16 oz packages Sister Schubert’s cinnamon rolls (thawed), cut into quarters     •    4 tablespoons unsalted butter     •    3 large eggs     •    1 cup heavy cream     •    1/2 cup maple syrup     •    3/4 cup brown sugar     •    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract     •    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon     •    Cream cheese frosting (included in the package) Instructions     1    Preheat the oven to 375°F.     2    Melt the butter and pour it evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.     3    Cut the thawed cinnamon rolls into 1-inch pieces and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish. Note: A 9x13 dish should fit most of the cinnamon roll pieces. Any extras can be baked separately.     4    In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture evenly over the cinnamon rolls.     5    Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown. Drizzle the cream cheese frosting over the top and serve warm. (Optional: serve with additional maple syrup for drizzling.) Notes     •    The casserole can be prepped the night before. Just cover and refrigerate, then give it a gentle stir before baking the next day to evenly distribute the ingredients.
