take this as your sign to wear earplugs during your workout class! I was SHOCKED realizing how loud workout classes really are after wearing these!! And of course I went down a whole rabbit hole & found out you can experience hearing loss if you listen to loud music too much overtime!!! So I will be wearing these every single time now!!
