If you really want to sweat during a workout, I cannot recommend my sweat band enough!!!! It works so good!!! And comes in multiple colors & you can even use an enhancer that you rub on your stomach to make you sweat even more before putting on the band!!! And of course I’m wearing the best sneakers ever!! I walk 3 miles a day in these and never experience any pain!!! + I paired it with my fave black workout top & leggings!
