Going when it rains doesn't stop me from visiting the parks. If I have these essentials, I'll have a fun day! I always pack my rain jacket in my bag and have comfortable shoes that CAN get wet. Disney can flood in some areas, so be aware of that. I love a rain jacket that can be zipped up to help when it gets too hot or an umbrella.
