I used the Rachel Zoe x Livabliss Vintage Edit area rug in the 7’10” x 10’2” size, and I love how the larger rug grounds the bed while still leaving plenty of rug visible along the sides and foot.

The neutral gray, taupe and cream tones give it such a pretty vintage-inspired look while still feeling modern and timeless. It adds just enough pattern and texture without overpowering the rest of the bedroom — and it’s incredibly thick and soft underfoot.

One of my favorite easy snacks lately — avocado toast topped with egg and a little seasoning for the perfect mix of protein, healthy fats and carbs. I make mine with Ezekiel sprouted grain bread, egg and avocado mash, then finish it with red pepper flakes and everything seasoning. So easy, filling and only about 230 calories with the portions I used!
