I used the Rachel Zoe x Livabliss Vintage Edit area rug in the 7’10” x 10’2” size, and I love how the larger rug grounds the bed while still leaving plenty of rug visible along the sides and foot.

The neutral gray, taupe and cream tones give it such a pretty vintage-inspired look while still feeling modern and timeless. It adds just enough pattern and texture without overpowering the rest of the bedroom — and it’s incredibly thick and soft underfoot.

One of my favorite easy snacks lately — avocado toast topped with egg and a little seasoning for the perfect mix of protein, healthy fats and carbs. I make mine with Ezekiel sprouted grain bread, egg and avocado mash, then finish it with red pepper flakes and everything seasoning.
