Take the top section of the scarf and move it to your back. 4. Bring the ends to the front and secure them with a double knot. 5. Pull out the lower part of the scarf to adjust the length — you can fold it up like I did or roll it under. 6. Tie the ends at the back and tuck the knot neatly under the fabric. What do you think? When I ride, I like to keep things simple: a pair of comfortable shorts and a button-up shirt. I prefer having my arms covered from the sun, but when the heat picks up, I just tie the shirt around my waist and keep going. There’s something about a soft plaid or flannel that feels just right — easy, familiar, and perfect for the ride.
