I would prefer a 29 length as I think shorter pants at so in and you can wear it with more types of shoes they are sold out now but these are a 31 length and they great! I am obsessed with this dress 😍😍if you live in the Midwest like me the summers are hot and humid and keeping cool especially at a concert is my top priority ..
