During pregnancy and postpartum, I noticed how much weight and fluid my body held in my back, arms, hips, and torso—especially with all the hormonal shifts and breastfeeding. One thing that’s helped me so much is using a wooden back massager. I use it to break up fascia and move stagnant lymph, and I swear it helps release so much tension and puffiness. Just a few minutes of daily massaging, paired with gentle touch and deep breathing, has made me feel more sculpted and connected to my body again. It’s one of my favorite simple self-care rituals. Here is the link to the exact one I use! Follow on IG for additional resources and tips. @bloomiebrained LTKFindsUnder50 LTKBump LTKBeauty
