Book 16 of 2026 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Theo of Golden 📚 By: Allen Levi “You are strong. And you are brave. And you are kind. Even when you are sad.” Theo moves to the town of Golden and quickly falls in love with its quiet charm. At a local coffee shop, he becomes intrigued by a collection of portraits hanging on the walls. One by one, he begins to purchase them—setting out to find the people in the paintings and return the artwork to who he believes are their rightful owners. Along the way, he meets a cast of characters, many of whom feel overlooked, and in his own quiet way, he begins to bring the community together. Without seeking recognition, Theo changes lives—including his own—through small but meaningful acts of kindness. I went into this one almost blind, only knowing it involved a man giving away art, and it completely surprised me. It’s a sweet, at times heart-wrenching story about connection and the ripple effect of kindness. While it leaned a bit more religious than I typically prefer, I still appreciated the message and the reminder that even the smallest gestures can make a big impact.
