Wellness comes with intentional habits. Establishing routines and being consistent are the pillars of creating habits that stick. I wake up at the same time every day. I start my day off with healthy supplementation followed by a workout. I maintain a clean and healthy skincare routine and I never skip my SPF. Healthy feminine hygiene is a must along with clean, balanced nutrition. These habits are so ingrained that it’s just what I do, like eating and sleeping. At 54, my health and wellbeing is not something I take for granted. I work at it, daily. This is the only body I get in this life, and I treat it respectfully so it can take me through all the adventures on my bucket list and challenges life throws in the mix to keep me living in gratitude.
