Wellness comes with intentional habits. Establishing routines and being consistent are the pillars of creating habits that stick. I wake up at the same time every day. Healthy feminine hygiene is a must along with clean, balanced nutrition. These habits are so ingrained that it’s just what I do, like eating and sleeping. Building up my home gym! I have a gym membership but I like to maintain a home gym as well. I’m going to add new black mats to protect the floor and create a more cohesive look.
