This DIY Fall Simmer Pot is my favorite cozy home ritual. Orange, apple, cinnamon, vanilla, star anise, cloves, bay leaves and pumpkin pie spice simmered low and slow. Warm, spicy, just sweet enough.
It looks beautiful simmering in a glass pot and the scent lingers for hours.

WHAT I USED IN THIS VIDEO:
• 1 orange, sliced
• 1 red apple, sliced
• 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 star anise
• 1 Tbsp whole cloves
• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
• 2 bay leaves
• 4 to 6 cups water

Add everything to a pot, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to low simmer. Add water as needed and never leave it unattended.

Save this for your next cozy night in, Friendsgiving prep, or fall reset day.
