I made one of our favorites last tonight with @sfoglini -organic, non-GMO pasta made right here in the US using traditional Italian methods. ad This is such a simple recipe! A little garlic, a good olive oil, Sea Salt and some juicy heirloom tomatoes. Toss in kalamata olives, fresh basil, and that perfectly cooked Sfoglini pasta. Sprinkle some feta crumbles on top if you like a little cheese. The texture of this pasta is everything — rough-cut so the flavors actually stick.
