This mornings workout was leg day! 3 sets abductors with cables 12 reps each leg, 3 sets hack squat 10-12 reps, leg curls 3 sets 10-12reps, KAS glute bridges 3 sets 12-15 reps , and leg extensions 3 sets 10 reps each leg most of our workout equipment is from TikTok shop I did find it on amazon but the price is double what we paid LTKHome LTKSummerEdit LTKActive
