Have you ever looked at the ingredients of packaged jello… 😖 I recently had it in my house (not purchased by myself) and even though my kiddo really wanted to try it… I couldn’t bring myself to give it to him. Educated him on why- ZERO nutritional real food ingredients and artificial dyes being the main reasons. He asked me to make him some jello then…well okay I think I can figure that out. And birthed this amazing IMMUNITY JELLO recipe! Just in time too🤒🤧 Just 3️⃣ INGREDIENTS!! You will need: •2 Tbsp gelatin (I chose grassfed bovine gelatin @greatlakeswellness because it also boasts 11g of protein per 1 tbsp with collagen benefits) • 2 Tbsp honey 🍯 (added real sweetness + medicinal benefits) •💯Juice (zero added sugar preferred), I chose one with elderberry and cranberry juice. Just a few simple steps: In a medium sauce pot start simmering/low boil 3.5 cups of your juice, reserving 1/2 a cup. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of gelatin over your 1/2 cup reserved juice to “BLOOM” for 5 minutes. Add this to your simmering juice along with 2 tbsp honey. Remove from heat and stir completely incorporated. Pour into glass dish, I used 8x8.
