I took my son out for a little date night — and since cheeseburgers are his favorite, I figured what better cut than #wagyu ?! 🍔🥩 @palmbeachmeats is Michelin-star quality but super approachable, it’s the cutest spot, complete with a bar, a butcher shop, and some of the best local finds right off Dixie just south of Southern.

We kicked things off with Waugh empanadas and crispy Wagyu eggrolls, then Reagan went straight for the Wagyu cheeseburger while I couldn’t resist the Wagyu Philly cheesesteak. We wrapped it all up with a beef tallow brownie — yes, you heard that right. Don’t sleep on their @flavorsouthflorida menu for just $34.99 running through September 30th! We both kicked things off with the Amalfi Breeze, their house-made Aperol spritz. I didn’t even realize it was on the menu until we sat down—it just so happened to perfectly match my outfit, which felt like a little manifestation moment. 🍋

For mains, Michael went with the chicken curry, while I couldn’t resist the coconut shrimp, served with plantains and rice. 🍛🍚🍤
And of course, we finished on a sweet note with a classic flan and creamy tres leches. 🥮🍰

Beyond the food, the views of the bay are absolutely breathtaking. There’s even a tucked-away Harlow’s Hideout with live music, giving it that hidden-gem vibe. 🎸

We had the most amazing three-course meal. I started with the coconut shrimp—crispy and full of flavor—while Mike went with the pistachio ricotta. 🍤🥖

For our mains, he chose the filet mignon, cooked perfectly, and I went with the vodka pasta—creamy, rich, and so delicious. 🥩 🍝

And to end the night, we shared two incredible desserts: the tangy key lime pie and a decadent cookie dough Oreo brownie. 🍋‍🟩🍪
