Creamy Crockpot Chicken Protein Pasta

Ingredients:

* 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 carton chicken bone broth
* 2 bags frozen mixed vegetables
* 1 block cream cheese (8 oz)
* 1 box high-protein pasta (22g protein)
* 1–2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
* Garlic, salt & pepper (measure with your heart 💅)

Instructions:

1. Add to crockpot:
Place chicken breasts in the crockpot. Pour in bone broth, then add frozen veggies and cream cheese right on top.
2. Cook:
Cook on HIGH for 4 hours (or LOW 6–7 hours) until chicken is tender.
3. Shred:
Remove chicken, shred it, then return it to the crockpot. Stir everything together until the cream cheese creates a creamy sauce.
4. Cook pasta separately:
Boil your high-protein pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
5. Combine:
Add cooked pasta into the crockpot and mix well.
6. Make it cheesy:
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.

Mom hack: these products in the kitchen save me salt. The salt & pepper automatic grinders are AMAZING and I love that I can add my own Himalayan salt to it so that it’s a lot more nutrient dense for our dinners. This olive oil dispenser is also incredible. I hate buying the air pressured ones at the stores because they have so many added ingredients to them so this one I know is clean I can control the olive oil i buy .
