I get asked often how I hang my wreaths on my front door! I use nails! I have one teeny tiny hole on my door and my wreaths aren’t going anywhere. I’ve done it this way for all seven years that we have lived here and my doors are just fine. I don’t have to worry about command hooks, falling off or a wreath hanger scratching up the door. Happy September everyone! I loved using non-traditional fall colors here to decorate our front porch swing last year. My main goal was cozy fall vibes, and this was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or take an afternoon nap…Not that I ever actually did either of those things!!🥴Maybe this year but I won’t hold my breath!

These pumpkin planters from Pottery Barn are still in stock in both sizes/colors and currently 30% off! The white one was already out of stock last year around this time! They are beautiful and the quality is amazing! I’ve had them outdoors all year! They are like that terra-cotta/ceramic super heavy and durable. They’re one of my favorite fall decor items! Fall Mantel Styling! I used magnolia garland and stems to achieve this look! The garland is from Target a few years ago and the stems are from Hobby lobby can’t link them here but they still have them! Apparently these three trends are “out”…but I still love every single one of them 😌

1. White cabinets = bright, classic, clean - just go with a warm or soft white vs. stark. Our cabinets and shiplap are Alabaster by Sherwin Williams.

2. Open shelves = easy access + curated styling. I love having a place to put pretty things that make me happy, like my plant babies! I am thinking of updating our shelves to a bit more modern style though!

3. Sink in the island = where I actually prep and live 🙃 I love my island sink because I can watch my kids play in the living room and participate in conversation while I wash dishes!

Just because it’s not trendy doesn’t mean it’s not right for you.

Another great pants and tee combo! Love these linen pants from Amazon! They are such a nice fabric and super comfortable! This is also my favorite ribbed tee - got it in three colors! It’s a great basic tee/closet staple!

These Amazon pants are a dream! I love the fabric. It’s like a mix between gauze and linen. So comfortable but not too thin. They are nice and sturdy and I love the wide waist band and pockets. This color is also really beautiful. This red tea is my favorite new top! I got it in three different colors.

Another great jumper/romper! I’m living in these this summer! I left the black and white stripe, the pockets, and the wide leg on the pants. It’s simple, comfy, and basic, but also super flattering. One of my favorite Amazon finds this summer.
