Delish fall snack mix! Here’s the recipe! I cut it in half this year, and measurements can be pretty flexible (which I love!): 1 cup Butter MELTED 1 cup Brown Sugar PACKED 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract 3-4 cups Rice Chex 3-4 cups Bugles 3-4 cups Pretzels 1 cup Candy Corn 1 cup Candy Corn Pumpkins 1 bag Reese’s Pieces Preheat the oven to 275°F. Whisk butter, brown sugar and vanilla until combined. In a large bowl, add the Chex, pretzels and Bugles. Pour the sauce over the cereal mixture and toss gently until evenly coated. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture on the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Then add the candy corn, pumpkins, and Reese’s Pieces. Toss to combine. Enjoy!
