DIY Storm Cloud Halloween Costume

1. Hot-glue fiberfill to the outside of a clear umbrella to create a fluffy cloud.
2. Use short pieces of pipe cleaners to secure the lights to the inside of the umbrella.
3. Attach the hanging “raindrops” with pipe cleaners so they dangle beneath the cloud.

Medicube goes on sale for Prime Day with actual real deals, and these are affordable to begin with. I’ve been really happy with the pink serum; I use it daily, and while I’m not sure it’s the fountain of youth, I do love how it leaves my skin looking and feeling.
