The coats fit true to size, I’m between a small and medium so I grabbed both sizes and prefer the medium if I’m going to be layering over bulky sweaters; otherwise the small fits great. DIY Storm Cloud Halloween Costume

1. Hot-glue fiberfill to the outside of a clear umbrella to create a fluffy cloud.
2. Use short pieces of pipe cleaners to secure the lights to the inside of the umbrella.
3. Attach the hanging “raindrops” with pipe cleaners so they dangle beneath the cloud.
