A lack of confidence and the body changes we experience in our 50s are common and can really challenge our sense of who we are.
I recommend taking it back to some basics.

1. Choosing good fabrics. Breathable items that don’t cling and won’t turn you into a walking furnace.
2. Ignore the label. Choose the piece that fits and prioritise looks that give you ease and comfort.
3. Think before you buy. Does it work with what you already have? A wardrobe of well chosen pieces that complement each other and genuinely work with your lifestyle is worth much more than one with dozens of one trick ponies and too many trends.

Keep it simple, keep it comfy, keep it you x

Chic separates for summer. A tonal colour drench look is a simple way to elongate your shape and always looks really put together. Add a few gold pieces to add some glam and you’ve got an easy day to evening look.

These cotton trousers are light and the shape is very flattering. The shirt Is nicely oversized and complements the cotton perfectly. Add a contrast colour or texture with the bag to personalise the look 🤎
