The floor is about 24” x 36” so I’m thinking a small penny tile with a design! New penny tile! Cut flooring here!

Paint colors we’ve used and loved🤍 If you don’t know our house is full of color and that’s how we LOVE it! But each color needs to work together to tell the color palette of your home and these are ones we love. And there will be more colors coming😉

With new paint and upgraded hardware it gives the cabinets a custom look without the custom price tag. Next on the list: finish pant, trim, tile on that white wall, add a shelf and accessorize 👏🏼

The perfect neutral pink… @sherwinwilliams Doeskin 🙌🏼 Obviously I love pink, but some people need to ease in and this is the perfect color to do so! This muted pink (closer to brown!) is great for trim work or even the walls in a nursery?!

One of my favorite views of the entry and powder room wallpapers — from the dining room where we’re planning to add MORE wallpaper!

Some updates in the living room! We DIY-ed the Roman shade with the base shade from Amazon and the fabric from the matching curtain panels!

These $3 hooks added priceless function to our mudroom! We have big plans for paint, cabinetry, etc. in here but for now just having these hooks in place is going to help with so much🙌🏼
