Grateful. Proud. Inspired. And a little dramatic hahaha ✍🏼📖 I am so honored to be a part of The 2025 One Page Poetry Anthology. My poem “Teacups in Time” was chosen as one of the top 100 out of more than 900 entries in One Page Poetry’s annual poetry competition. Wow 🥹 I have been writing poetry since before I can remember, and I still have little pieces saved from when I was a young girl. Poetry is the writing that feels closest to my heart, which is why I haven’t shared it often. It feels vulnerable to let the world see those intimate parts. But seeing it in print is something special. All proceeds from this book will go to World Wildlife Fund, Oceana, and Compassion for Africa.
