Sheet pan fajitas! These are great because you can put it on a tortilla; throw it over rice and beans or add some lettuce to make it a salad.

What you need
2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 packet of @sietefoods fajita seasoning
red, yellow & green peppers, sliced
half red onion, sliced
Extra virgin olive oil

Optional:
Tortilla
shredded mexican cheese
greek yogurt instead of sour cream

1. preheat oven to 400
2. Add chicken, peppers & onions to your sheet pan
3. Add evoo & sprinkle seasoning
4. put in oven for 10mins
5. mix everything around
6. out in for another 5
7. then broil for 2

Can’t wait to eat my leftovers for dinner tonight!
