I ran out of shampoo as well as time so I had to do a quick refresh on my two week old blowout. All you need is dry shampoo, oil, heat and hairspray.

Yes, Black girls use dry shampoo, and if you’re a straight natural you need one in your hair arsenal.

I had put ZERO additional heat or product on my hair in the two weeks since it had been washed so I felt no way about curling it again.

My haircut doesn’t have a name. @thegreenroom_tgrbeauty has been cutting my hair for 11 years and just knows how I like my layers to fall. Invest in a good cut so it grows out well.

Number 1 question I get as a straight natural is do my curls come back. The answer is yes. Some pieces may be stressed for a few weeks, but I never care. Nothing braids or a rod set can’t fix.

So after 7 months I decided to wear my curls out… for all of 72 hours. (I have an appointment this week)

I don’t have the patience for natural styles and I’m never going to get it. I am very low maintenance when it comes to my hair so I can’t use too much. 🗣️I WANT TO WASH IT AND GO!!

This was my first time using this combo and I’m very pleased.
