HI! 👋🏼 💖 The last 3 months have been another reminder that we are stronger and more capable than we know! If you are feeling broken, we’ve all been there! I was absolutely feeling the same!! 2024 has kicked my booty. lol. Anyone else? I was at a place physically where I absolutely could not take any more!! Like, come on God. What else can possibly go wrong?! But here I am, seeing the glimmer of light popping through! And that feels gooood! REMEMBER: Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. Strep throat twice (back to back y’all!) double ear infection and then herniated disc (L5) that put me on bed rest for 3 wks. I do not take my health for granted AT ALL and I’m so grateful for the small wins, because they feel like BIG ones! If you are at a place physically/mentally where you’re defeated, took 5 steps forward and 10 steps back…that’s me too! We can and WILL get through this, together! Let’s chat in my DMs. Motivate and encourage each other! All maybe just vent a little too! lol. Anyway, if you read all of this. Thank you! I appreciate you!
