Dinners ready!! Made my go to chili recipe and it never gets old 🌶️

Weeknight Recipe for the whole family ✨ I’ve been making this chili since Rob and I lived in Brooklyn, NY and it never gets old. This is the perfect time of year from something warm and comforting, here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onion
1 celery
1 red bell pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 can of corn
2 cans black beans
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup vegetable broth
Salt and pepper

Basically cook down the veggies & seasoning
Add everything else
Boil, then simmer for an hour!
Too easy!
