Dinner was a success last night. Delicious food @Monarch. Michelin star chef did not disappoint. We’ve had amazing dishes (focaccia bread with mascarpone and honey, street food potato and cheese breads, grilled octopus-phenomenal, prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella salad, cacio e Pepe and oxtail caramelle pasta, salt crusted whole sea bass fish- amazing, and artichokes for a side yummm!
