I’ll never forget my teacher telling me “your hair isn’t clean unless it lathers and foams” and I still think about that every time I wash my hair.

A mix of medical grade and cosmetic products focused on glow, barrier support, and antiaging ✨

I try a lot of products and don’t always love them, but my skin has been loving this combo.

I linked some less expensive alternatives for the growth factors

Order of Products:
- Medicube Hypochlorus Acid spray (cleans/preps skin)
- Haru Haru Esscense (hydrating toner/preps skin)
- Aestura barrier mist (barrier support)
- VT Cosmetics Reedle shot 100 (creates tiny channels so products penetrate deeper. "Microneedling in a bottle.")
- Medicube or Rejuran PDRN
- Dr. Diamon Metacine Growth factors line
- Retinol of your choice (I am using a favorite that is gentle)
- Epii Double Up Cream (Moisturizing barrier cream to sandwhich with retinol and avoid irritation)
- Adipeau volume cream under eyes and firming cream to neck (don't put retinol on these areas)
- Revitalash lash and brow serum
- Abib PDRN Lip mask

**Some nights I do the Biodance Collagen serum and cream on top if I want a collagen mask-like result instead of wearing a mask.

My bodycare routine is:
- treat
- moisturize
- seal
- protect (daytime spf)

My Personal routine:
AM:
-glycolic body spray (I spray on a clean skin towel, wipe my entire body, and let it dry a few minutes). You can alternate this and only do a few times a week
-Necessaire or one skin peptide lotion
-seal woth body oil (I usually do necessaire which also has peptides)
*i don’t do glycolic in the day if I will be in the sun a lot. And SPF on hands or exposed parts is key

PM:
- retinol body lotion (wait a few minutes)
- hydrating body lotion (like eos or osea)
- body oil (loccitane, eos, or osea)
- I give my hands extra love at night with hand creams

*optional body border if I want to smell extra yummy and don’t want to have greasy skin

This week’s morning skincare routine.
I test and rotate products a lot, but this is what I’ve been using lately and really loving.
Because I deal with melasma and hyperpigmentation, I always include brightening suppressors. I also focus on anti-aging (peptides), glow, hydration, barrier support and calming inflammation.
I’m also testing a firming and volumizing cream for the under eyes and neck. A lot of this routine is K-beauty and budget friendly skincare, and my skin has been looking really bright lately. I’ve been loving this stack.

Protect your investment and give your skin what it actually needs. Here’s what I focus on post treatment.
✔️ Lay off actives and retinols
✔️ No exfoliating
✔️ Do not pick or peel shedding skin
✔️ Stay out of direct sun and wear SPF
✔️ Avoid excess heat, sweating, saunas or jacuzzis depending on the treatment
✔️ Prioritize barrier repair and hydration
Once you’re past that initial 24 hour window and your skin is starting to calm, that’s when I introduce something like epii_global Double Up Cream to help hydrate, support and protect while healing.
