Just a few of the selfcare habits I love... 1. Overnight masks 2-3x's a week...l wake up glowing and hydrated 2. Scalp care...Our scalp is skin too and I stopped just constantly layering dry shampoo and started really working on my scalp health 3. Supplements...l really dove into supplements that are great for women and longevity 4. Red Light therapy... I use it everyday... wherever I can. The masks are so easy because you can multitask. Long-term it helps stimulate collagen, but in the short term, I noticed my skin is so much calmer and brighter. 5. Morning eye masks... a great way to reset you're under eyes in the morning. Helps with puffiness, hydration, brightening. 6. Vibration plate...helps with circulation, getting things moving in the morning, working muscles we don't usually work, and ultimately I can see this really helping with balance as we age.
