This fruit platter is great for Easter! It will really be a centerpiece! Make sure you check the video on @carla.bushey on IG for the tutorial! Here are my favorite fruit tools including this knife that I have had for over 16 years and it never fails me! What I used: • 2 pineapples (the crown of one for the r leaves) • 1 cantaloupe, 1 pint of blueberries, 1 quart of strawberries, 1 kiwi. You really can use whichever fruit you prefer! I cut the crown and bottom of the pineapple, stand it up and cut the sides. Clean any extra skin just trimming down. Cut in half and make a V cut in the middle to take the center. Then slice as you see on the video about 1/2” thick. Wash, cut the rest of your fruits of choices and place them around the cross you formed with the pineapple. For the kiwi: cut top and bottom and give zig zag incisions in the middle. Open in half and place in the middle of the pineapple. Pass the crown of pineapple through hot water from the sink to give it a vibrant color. Add leaves to decorate. LTKfoodie LTKSeasonal LTKHome
