My Tuesday routine looks a little different right now! So here’s my stay at home mom morning featuring pelvic floor physical therapy— remember to take care of yourselves, too, moms!! 🙌🏻

NO SUNDAY SCARIES HERE! ✨📆 Here are my Sunday must-dos to ensure a successful week ahead:
1️⃣ Wash all sheets and towels, and remake the beds. We have been battling illness around here, so I made sure to wash my kids’ favorite stuffed animals and blankets, and added @lysol Laundry Sanitizer to the rinse cycle
2️⃣ Go over the family calendar and plan our week. I’ve already planned out the weeks’ meals, so today is more about making sure I have good situational awareness of what is going on. I love using my @1thrive for this! I also take the time to make my detailed daily schedule for each day as well!
3️⃣ Make sure living spaces are clean and tidy! Nothing beats starting a new week in a clean home.

🧺Doing these tasks help me keep my home running smoothly, and sets my weekday routines up so I can be a productive as possible!
