This has been my go-to high protein breakfast lately and it’s honestly made mornings so much easier. These overnight oats come out to about 24g of protein per jar and take just a couple minutes to prep. I’ve been using glass jars instead of plastic and I love that they don’t hold smells, don’t stain, and actually seal tight.
