En semanas más ocupadas. El meal prep siempre me salva! No me complico y hasta me ayuda a comer más saludable 🥗🥞🍓🥑🍋🍊🥝🥦🥒🥕🍏🥬🍐en casa.
Me paso algunas horas en un día y es verdad que es un trabajito, pero es solo un día y cocino usualmente para 4 días. Ya que un día a la semana comemos afuera y los otros dos días cocino ahí al momento. Es una rutina que me permite tener más energía, tiempo y gasto menos dinero. Puedo enfocarme en otras cosas de la casa o personales. Esta semana hasta hice dos galones de mis jugos naturales favoritos y hasta pancake para desayuno y overnights oats con matcha, chia y frutas. Un éxito!
